If you would like to apply for an in-year place for your child you can do so at any time. If a place comes up in your child’s year group, you will be contacted according to your place on the waiting list. Waiting list criteria for in-year places is in line with our Admissions Policy.

How to apply for an in-year place:

If you would like your child to join the waiting list for any year group, please complete the Supplementary Information Form (link below) whether or not you are applying under faith based or distance criteria. 

After filling in the Supplementary Information Form, please either send the form by post or scan and email it to us.  We are unable to send routine acknowledgments immediately, but if you wish to check that your form has arrived please email to check and allow several days for a response.
