Appeals procedure
If you are not offered a place at Eden Primary, then you have a right of appeal under the School Standards & Framework Act 1998.
It can be disappointing not to get a place at the school of your choice. If you wish to make an appeal we advise you to consider carefully if you have grounds before doing so. For more information please see the link below.
