Wow! What a lot of joyful energy and excitement in our school today. The children looked
dazzling in their costumes on the theme of music and musicians.
We all enjoyed a wonderful assembly with Megillah reading, singing and a catwalk show of
all the children, class by class, in their costumes. Following that, children in Garinim,
Shorashim and Shtillim decorated Mishloach Manot bags, made graggers (noise makers) and
baked delicious Hamentaschen.
Thank you so much to parent volunteer Katie Pollock and your amazing mum, Sue, for your help with this! Children in Anafim, Nitzanim, Prachim and Oranim made Megillah scrolls, drew lots and solved problems, made Megillat Esther comic strips and wrote a modern Megillah.
